TEMU delivery via GFS Express.....very bad experience!

I have placed an order with Temu based on price and quick delivery. The adverti*****t states that it can be as quick a 5 business days. This is part of the reason I place orders as in my case I need the items rather sooner than later. This is also not my first rodeo with Temu and to date the experience was not too bad. Reason for this report is that once it does go bad, the AI generated chat is of no help whatsoever. Temu used a local company by the name GFS Express to deliver my parcel. Now for anybody reading this, DO NOT do business with this GFS Express. Firstly their tracking is updated maybe once a day if you are lucky and then it says things like "We are trying to deliver your parcel""" really. This status then is not updated any further and one need to hope and pray that it actually gets delivered someday. Further, does this mean there is a problem it they state "trying to deliver" ?? If you do mange to get in contact with them the agent reads to you exactly what their trace portal says, this helps LOL! I have requested that Temu does not use GFS for my parcels in future, but yes AI generated response saying they are limited to the availability of local delivery companies????? Really? I have received parcels from Temu delivered by Fastway, what a great experience. GFS, no they should not use the word "Express" in their name. I have tried to get better feedback via TEMU chat but this is answered by AI, they react and send pre constructed messages. When an actual agent, not sure if this is true at all, participated in the chat, same answers and with no actual help. The only thing we request is a physical actual up to date response with actual useable info as to when my parcel will be delivered. I do not even believe that they tried to check with their delivery partner at all, they just read what the tracking portal says...I can read that myself....
