TEMU CREDIT BACK IMPOSSIBILITY

My items returned to Temu 5months ago pending payment of tax which I was requesting Bufallo Courier to settle allow me to drive to them and settle, as their system was dysfunctional, and I stay about 20 minutes drive from Buffalo. Even though I get continuous reminders from Temu to use my returned funds (Credit Back) No procedure works. All efforts are robotically responded to; with answers that do not speak to the issues being raised. Instead I am requested to enter my credit card details-( to be charged again). VERY POOR SERVICE. There should be a human element at some stage and, or reprogram the system to understand issues being raised DAVIS
