Temu - Buffalo International USELESS

Dear Temu,

Why do you use Buffalo International Logistics. I have mailed both the South African Branch and their international branch. They do not keep up with the delivery standards and they make sure that Customers will not order from you if they see their names on your app.

Their whatsapp line is useless, their chat line on their website is useless not to mention when you want to speak to a human, if you phone them they send you to their whatsapp line and if you finally do get to speak to someone they give you the same information that you see when you track your parcel.

I told them twice this week how is something like this possible to state wrongly allocated and then it goes back to their warehouse (CPTDC). I even requested change the address and they said I must tell you that. We have no issues with Temu - we personally love the app and what we can get available with you guys - I just don't think you understand the bad service they giving that your name is being dragged into this.
