temu big cheating to clients

if i can rate , i will rate 0 , i bought kitchen shelf price was R141 , free delivery, they did not ask tax before i paid , after few days , they ask R52 tax ,, what ?? how can you tell client pay tax after paid full ? and it was not on the website , ok fine , i paid R52 tax and wait ... after one week something , they told me i must pay R92 delivery BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ADDRESS !!! BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL ME !! I will never pay anything to them and never buy anything from them again !!! save ur money now !! it is big big cheating to clients
