Temu - Bad experience
South Africa : Bad experience. Temu uses Buffalo Logistics, which is the worst logistics company I've come across. Please refer to their Google reviews. They've lost my parcel (as with MANY others as per google reviews). After which Temu agreed to refund my order amount, however they're not refunding me the customs tax that I've paid. Meaning I've lost close to R700 because Temu only uses Buffalo logistics as their courier option. Will not order on Temu again if they don't change couriers.
