Temu app and delivery Partner are not user friendly

I wil never use Temu again,I ordered Items 2weeksefpre christmas tinking im getting a great deal on items that were soposed to be chriatmas gifts.thw delieey date was 24th Dec and ahippimg address was my place of work.,ita now the 30th n atill didnt get my order,worse of all i cant even change the addres to my home addres as my company is closed .the delivery partner contact numbee just rings no answer n the pretty sure the whatsapp no.is a Ai.i was forced to go n buy al those itema again else where .i just want my refund.dlting the app
