Temu and speedaf courier Useless

First, I would like to say. It was my girst time ordering from temu and it has been my regret from the week I ordered. I ordered on the 25th of October 2025. Paid customs on the 30th October. Promised date was 31st Oct -14 November 2025 through speedaf courier. Today is the 14th January 2025 I have tried calling them but their number does not go through . Sent a whatsapp and they kept saying my order is on the way . On the 30th of November my order was reshipped and they are skiing me to pay for customs again. I have not even recieved my first package and they keep sending me a message to pay and I keep sending POP of the customs I paid. They say it's for a different package so I asked if all items have individual customs amount( which is something I've never heard of.) They ( speedaf said the first package is lost and I ask refund from supplier ( Temu) . I keep pressing the refund button but it asks if I have received my package and I say no. So in other words I need to say "yes for a package I haven't recieved. Temu just needs to refund my money and stop asking if I have received my package. I just want my money now. No longer interested in the items. Their use of speedaf was a bad Bad baaaaad move .
