Temu and GFS are unreliable

Having a bad experience with Temus delivery companies which is GFS, those guys are very unprofessional when it comes to delivering people's good, the provided number of GFS goings straight to voicemail, they will even message you on whatsapp to ask for address but not even deliver on that day

If Temu continues to ignore customer complaints like this, might as well stop buying from them cause they are not serious about their business.

Temu is also being unfair when it comes to their packaging of items, some items are not even in the parcel, when you try to lodge a complaint you now have to even take vidoe of a driver in order to prove you really didn't get them missing item from the parcel
