TEMU 50% SARS CLAIM

Order goods for an amount of R204.00. Received a tax claim throught Fastway Couriers of R102.25. Temu cannot answer a 50 % tax claim, Temu provide me with a regular SARS document which does NOT verify a 50% duty claim. Temu then refer me to their "carrier of local customs" CN Express, again I cannot get SARS claim of 50 %. No statement can provided to me to clarify this 50% rate. Noone, nobody provide me an invoice or statement that clarify this 50 % tax/duty rates.
