Worst service i have ever had. I requested a refund on the 7th of July 2024 for a transaction that checked itself out automatically and i have been given the run around since day 1. 1st i was told the payment could not successfully be refunded as the account that i used was closed, then it was escalated for further investigations. Till today i have not received a cent from them. Their customer services is pathetic
