Return policy from Temu does not work.
What a waste of time. This copy and paste response from TEMU is meaningless. Every 14 days they delete my request for return items to be collected. How stupid is that? They are responsible for organising the courier, “Buffalo” and Buffalo couldn’t care less and do not fetch the items. I have waited 744 hours for their courier to collect the items due for return. Ann
