Refund Process Is a Complete Joke

Absolutely terrible experience with Temu. I requested a refund for items that were damaged and not as described, and it has been nothing but frustration. The app keeps sending me around in circles and customer support is useless with copy paste responses that do not help at all.

It has been weeks and I still have not received my refund. There is no proper follow up and no accountability. It honestly feels like they make the process difficult on purpose so you just give up.

Save yourself the stress and avoid Temu. If something goes wrong, getting your money back is nearly impossible.
