Refund!!!!!!!!!

Temu is horrible when it comes to refunds. I have requested a refund on 27th march, and to date my bank account hss not be credited yet. All they day is that " refund was processed and finalised by temu, at least give your financial institution 5-14 business days to process the refund". And when i call the bank to trace refund authorization number that i got from temu, its none existing. The bank cant see anything. Its really frustrating, temu doesnt sympathise you customers or at least have a sense of urgency and helping with queries. Everything is just a game to them. Psssed....
