Refund delay

I don't recommend this online shop. I ordered some items in February, when they were supposed to deliver they kept on saying 'wrong delivering address'. I called them and asked what's going on? in March they said that the truck that was supposed to deliver around my area was hijacked. I then requested for a refund, I've been waiting till now, it's June now.
