POOR DELIVERY SERVICE and COMMUNICATIONS WITH CONSUMER

I buy from temu alot but their delivery services have become poor. They don't tell you when deliveries are ready. How do they know we will for sure be at home. It's irritating and wastes time. I buy so much and have two addresses that I don't don't know when is what. And they never delivery the times they give.
