Partial refund.

I returned items to Temu only 5 items were refunded out of the 9 items sent back on a combined order. They put these items back into my orders. Then they said that they don't refund items won on the games. So how come I've got refunded for items won on these games before? They sometimes give a free refund without returning but they don't want to refund items that were actually returned. I've sent photos of the packages that Buffalo collected. I lose not only my refund and the tax paid. Not a happy customer.
