Online purchases

I bought something from Temu on 09/02/2026. After a few days I was told to pay taxes of which I did. Upon viewing my status on the app I noticed that my payment didn't reflect. I communicated with Temu which referred me to the courier GFS. Worst experience ever. GFS didn't even acknowledge the query I had. Temu is sending me from pillar to post. I'm really disappointed with both Temu and GFS express
