Never order from temu

I have ordered through temu and my order has been stuck with GFS courier since from 5th October. I have only used one number in 15+ years and that's the only number on temu but however this courier company has another number on my order. I don't know where they got this number. I have been trying to have this resolved and their call centre is a number, agents answers the number and not say anything. You'll keep on saying saying hello until you decide to drop. This is my first order with temu and the experience has been horrible. I've been using SHEIN FOR ALMOST 4 years and I've never experienced this Incompetence!!
