Need agent help

I ordered 11 items winter clothes I only received 4 items and the courier GFS says they only received one Bag how can 15 items be in one bag and now for the 11 items no one wants to be responsible I don’t want money I want my child winter clothes and they telling me nothing they can do because the only says delivered please anyone with any help
