Issues with delivery

I just want to say thank you to Temu and their customer care team. Since I started shopping with Temu, I’ve never had any issues. The quality of the items is great—definitely worth the price—and delivery is usually very quick.

However, I recently placed an order for items I needed for one of the most important events of my life. Unfortunately, this particular order took a long time to arrive, and the tracking information wasn’t updating at all. I decided to contact customer care, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. They immediately began investigating, and when they couldn’t trace the parcel, they issued a full refund—including for the free gifts.

To my surprise, the missing items were eventually delivered, and Temu allowed me to keep both the items and the refund. That’s truly amazing service.

I’m very happy shopping with Temu, and this experience has only strengthened my trust in them. Thank you again!
