IS TTHE FREE GIFT INCENTIVE AT TEMU A **** TO ENSURE PAID FOR PURCHASES
I am a huge Temu customer. However my major complaint is that the incentivized "free gifts or R 1 GIFT" just never arrives with the items one HAS to purchase in order to qualify.I have complained, receiving a R300 voucher but the "non show"of my numerous gifting far outweighs this amount. All I asked for was the items they had not sent ! But no! I have followed processes diligently. Is this a **** I am beginning to wonder. ..has anyone else found this ?
