Inconvenient wait on delivery...

If using Temu make sure your order is not going to be delivered through Asendia who then passes your order on to DPD LASER, Your parcel will sit a good few days in theor depot before being delivered, My order arrived in JHb on saturday it cleared customs on sunday miday, Monday it left jhb to Durban, today 2 September it arrived at DPD LASER DURBAN DEPOT AT 08.30AM I am now told it will be delivered on Friday as they will send it via another company, pure waste of time and poor service, Last week i recieved a order from Temu, arrived in jhb delivered by Buffalo couriers with in 3 days of landing in JHB. Why the big wait this this DPD LASER??? Unprofessinal and very slow service... I m not happy and Temu does not see an issue, yet Hello Peter has many complaints about Assendia and dpd laster.
