You cannot close a ticket with an unhappy customer. I am so unhappy. I cant contact you all i get is that stupid chat. Ive been sending you texts but you keep saying you paid me. You were supposed to refund R1100 not R700, what happened to the rest of the money? Another thing is the guy youve send took the wrong package. But because theres no direct line its been a month now you took my package and it needs to go elswhere. Its a confused mess but you closing the ticket shows mismanagement. I need that money plus the package please!!
