Import duties
I saw ads on Facebook stating that Temu has a warehouse in South Africa. Placed an order the next thing I get a notification saying that I must pay import duties and VAT.

If Temu does not have a warehouse in South Africa then that is false advertising. Your response is generic and it does not address my concerns. DOES TEMU HAVE A WAREHOUSE IN SOUTH AFRICA
