I was cheated of promotion items buy leading me to buy extra items

I complained before about Temu. They got back to me o. hello peter to say I can contact them so we resolve. But it's still their robots giving nonsense answers. I requested to chat yo a real person but this also ended up being a robot , repeating same answers for my questions. today is 6th September 2025 when I tried again to resolve issue.

The issue at hand is that when I started shopping on a day in August. I was given a special due to my credits to chose 4 items for a price of R14 each. I did. when I wanted to check out I was told I needed to add more items for R400 plus. so I added 3 more items which were more than R400. and I checked out when the parcel was delivered, the 4 initial items were not in the package. this is what I am complaining about. I want the 4 items which were on promotion.

Excuse me Temu team, this is exactly the same message you rep**** with when I first complained about same issue but you did nothing about it. I thus conclude this is just an automated reply to all the complaints you get. You say you can give a discount voucher of 20%, this means I will forced to buy more items again. This is daylight *******. I just want you to send to me the 4 items I ordered at R14 each.
