I want refund

As are first time buyer I’ve experienced are very horrible situations with temu,ive received not as described with very poor quality when i was fitting the clothes my whole body started inching and ive developed allergy to my skin,I’ve contacted customer support they didn’t even care about my situation they were busy telling me about their escalation team ,their service is very poor its being 5 days no help no refund..please dont buy from temu no one deserve to go to such situation
