I want my refund

I have ordered jackets and many other things from temu. The jackets smell of a chemical the smell does not go away even after washing with strong soap. I requested for a return because i will not wear them because they smell bad. They did not come and collect them. Now they do not want to help me i want my refund. I have been contacting them for a month about this
