I ORDER 7 ITEMS FROM TEMU - TEMU DENIES I ONLY REVEIVE 2 ITEMS

I ordered 7 items at Temu I only received 2 out that 7 items. They keep on telling me the package has been delivered. The package I reveived was so small and featherlight with only 2 small items received in it. ...... while the package label says the weight 1.623 kg, which was not the case at all. The package I received was weighed a few grams. Label on package also says QTY 7 items. I paid for al the items and paid custums aswell. Did not receive everything I ordered and it cost al lot of money. Temu at least gave me credit on 3 items that was not in the package. Still batteling to get credit on last 2 items I have not received. (#PO-***) ITS A REAL BATTLE BECAUSE YOU COMMUNICATE TO A COMPUTER NOT A PERSON. I DONT TRUST TEMU TO ORDER ANYTHING ANYMORE. PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR SO MANY ITEMS AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED WITH ALL 7 ITEMS. YES THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERD, BUT WITH ONLY 2 ITEMS WAS IN IT. AND THE PACKAGE LABEL SAYS QTY 7 / 1.623 KG WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. TEMU IS ROBBING PEOPLE MONEY PAID FOR PLUS NOT ALL ITEMS RECEIVED. SONYA
