Horrible online shopping service

I placed my order on 14th March 2024 and to date I have had no order delivered to me. I made various phone calls and even sent a email with no I assistance I am disappointed with this company and it was my first time trying online shopping it is safe to say I will never make that mistake again. I would like my order delivered as soon as possible or a full refund.
