Frustrated Temu Customer

Good day. I want to share my bad experience about Temu as they dont stick to their promises more especially when it comes to returns. I bought what was suppose to be self adhesive wooden floor tiles for about R6000 and I received look alike wall stickers that are cardboard. When i asked to return the package, they told me to courier myself the parcel back to them. I did as they asked but my parcel was returned back to me by the courier and told they refused to take the parcel. Temu is currently playing hide and sick with me. Please be careful before ordering from Temu. As they always promise free returns but in my case it has been over 3 months am trying to sort us the issue of returning those tiles but am not getting any assistance. Their senior specialists open a ticket for me and they closed it withiout even giving me any feedback.
