FALSE ADVERTI*****T

Please someone explain to me what Buy 1 Get 1 Free means. I have dealt with a Dzulfikran who then transferred me to a Yohana, and they are trying to convince that Buy 1 Get 1 Free is only 1 builder gel in this case. Nowhere does it state the the original item only comes with 1 builder gel, a nail tool and nail foils. Yohana does not want to provide me with an email address, he/she wants to transfer me to someone higher, when I clearly stated that h/she cannot assist me from the beginning.
