False advertising!!!!!!

Temu's advertising is false!!! The pictures on the platform of the items doesn't look the same when you receive it. The items are smaller, poor material, not neatly finished off and the prices are a joke. Then they fooling the people by giving them 90% of, but the is still over priced on the 10%. I had so many issues with them. Three items were not in my bag and they refuse to believe me. They say you can return your parcel, BUT then you must pay import taxes again on your refund items. It is not fair towards the other companies. They think everybody's stupid to believe they are giving such a big discount. I spent a lot on my first order. I think it was R3500 that I waisted and I only get Sassa. Temu's platform must be closed down. That is how I feel. 😡
