Extremely Affordable and Trustworthy

I am confused about all the negative reviews. I have brought items from Temu multiple times and have received all of mine to this day. I am a regular buyer. Delivery is very quick and they always deliver to my door within two weeks after buying. When one of my items arrived broken, they refunded me ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. You have to report after receiving the item that there are some issues with it and submit a picture. They have always been very accommodating to me as a customer. Obviously, you cannot expect superb quality all the time based on their low prices, and they also clearly give a disclaimer that there will be additional customs taxes - calculated by SARS - not them. The extra taxes I have paid have never been over R60. Overall Temu is extremely affordable with a huge variety of items I have not seen anywhere else. I will continue to buy from it without any worries since I am satisfied with all of my orders to this date.
