Do NOT order from Temu

I ordered 47 items, 10 arrived in the package. Temu says it is not their problem as it was all packed. So the theft took place at customs or courier facilities both over which I have no control. How can this possibly be my "fault"/loss? And why must I take the issue up with the companies I didn't get to choose nor even have contact with?
