do not buy at Temu at all

Hi all. i have bought stuff from Temu on 11 Oct 2024. on the 14th Oct i paid the customs duty tax. i mailed this to Temu customs 16, and 18th Oct to them again. i keep ons getting messages in the temu app that is not paid every day from 14 Oct till today still. on the 18th Oct they mailed me and said it will be resolved COB but when i checked this morning it is still showing not paid. i called their customs 16, 18 an today again. i asked for someone higher to speak to and they will not put me through and keep on telling me they will escalate the matter but nothing gets done nor resolved. i will not advise anyone to buy from Temu as i am not paying customs again to get my stuff from them and they are not helpfull at all
