Disgusting

I am very dissapointed in the service that i'm getting from GFS Express. The Driver's name is Velanshia Joseph ***. If ever i see GFS Express again on your website when i purchase something i will definitely not take it. The driver don't answer his phone and GFS Express whatsapp chat is very unproffessional. They said they will get back to me after a few hours, i'm still waiting on them. Then the Driver(Velanshia Joseph) sends a Vn on whatsapp, saying he can't take calls but prior to that he answered and put the phone down in my face!!
