Disappointed

Initially Temu was amazing. I set up for my entire family. Nowadays the package comes damaged, the clothing is frayed, the products are low quality. Then there’s the silly spin to win, get 3 items free if you purchase for R500 which I dually did. After making the payment it shows I’m only getting one item free so I cancelled my order. I’ve been stuck on the other “get free items” at 99.8% for over two weeks. Then it’s invite others, comes down by R100 & then R50 & then R10 & then when you just about to get the free items it starts coming down by R1 & then “times up. We’re sorry”. I want my refund soon from Temu.
