Delaying my payment with a delivery never delivered for a wait of more than 30 days

I made an oder that was never delieved since the 25 November I had made which this is not the first time. They now telling me to wait for jy refund whereby I've been trying to reach them regarding my oder that after a month I waited they issued the refund as pending as I am now financially stressed. They caused me to use the money I had to buy the clothes and shoes I had order at another store with extra money I don't have. I also made a payment for their duties and. more days I'm in need of my refund as much as temu was able to take an instant payment costed me to take my last cents to go to arkermens to purchase for an order I had made with trusting the site as this is my 1st order that I had doubled checked my address which all details are correct but with no success from a order I made on the 26 November 2025. Recieved massages on my app, email, sma stating my orders are unable to be delieved, I tried multiply of times for all my refunds but only Recieved the last two orders I made but this forest one nothing.... I request temu to make sure my payment reflects instantly as I will expose the company for the wait after I had even paid skynet feeling pressured. I was never even told about when I ordered. Please get back to me ASAP the way you as a company had taken my mind wasted my time falsely saying the courier cannot deliver every single day that's the Emil I had recovers with a successful payment I need a respond to day with no wait or delay as I had experienced I have reciepts.... If I don't get a respond ASAP I swear I'll escalate this matter to hellopetter because now I'm am stranded for orders I never even touched, smelled or seen. You co operation
