Complaint

I have had a bad sales experience with Temu for the past 3 months. I ordered clothing items to the value of R816-00. Unfortunately it turned out that all the items that I ordered were small in size. I reported on their website thrice to say I'm waiting for assistance to return the package for a refund because their response was that a courier will be in touch with me. I made several reminder and registered complaints, but all in vain. I'm now faced with that package still intact waiting to be couriered; which means my R816.00 has gone down the drain. Today I took a decision to delete the Temu App from my phone as I will NEVER order from Temu.
