I placed an order on the 20th August and paid taxes on 27th two separate taxes because they said my order was going to be split in two. I received the first portion on the 30th of August now the second package is still waiting for the recipient to modify recipient's information somewhere since the 2nd of September. The problem now is their contact details aren't available, I'm really confused I don't know what to do next
