Buffalo logistics International and TEMU

Horrible experience- no after-sales service only BOTS- I phoned, I get transferred to one bot after the other- 15 emails never any reply- I sent tax payment- still get voicemails from a bot stating I need to pay tax or package will be returned PAID!! I have been waiting 5 weeks now- no delivery- I went on wapp app to track the package - not at all, no tracking keeps on sending me back to enter the tracking number- I don't have a tracking number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how do I get my package from Buffalo Logistics International- and the don't alow me to pick up package - I bought over R4000 and paid R1000 tax- I need answers.
