Beware of sudden cancellations of refunds from Temu

I have ordered items for my business from Temu for the last two years two or three times a month and have on each occasion returned some items. I've been refunded timeously each time. Now, with my latest return, I received a notification on the Temu App that my "Return cancelled automatically". The problem is that a courier collected my items for return on the week of 24 February (after repeated calls to the call centre to collect my items) and on the 16th March I receive this notification that the return has been cancelled. Interesting that the return was valued at R790,00 and has suddenly disappeared into the ether! I am so unimpressed with Temu and will not be ordering from them again.
