Be careful to buy from temu

I placed a order with temu on the 06/03/2026. On the 18/03/2026 i paid the tax to Tri Ridge Freight with the reference GE***. Email to them and phone calls are ignored. Does this means that i have now lost my money. Why do they ignore my Email and phone calls.
