Bad service from TEMU

I will not buy from TEMU anymore . Their service is on the decline . I ordered some items and TEMU sent me the customs fee. I paid but did not receive the goods . Temu refunded me the item price but refused to assist me to recover my customs payment from their partner GFS Express. GFS Express are a fak company . They have contact numbers and Whatsapp but do not answer . They have an automated response . You will loose your money when you buy from TEMU and GFS Express . Terrible service from both . Goodby to purchases from TEMU
