Bad service

I am not happy with Temu and GFS express, I have been waiting for my package to be delivered to this day it has not been delivered, there are no updates as to why there is a delay in delivering my package, there's no communication, please I need my refund back including my customs fee because I cannot pay for something only for it to not get delivered on time, I have been patient I can't anymore, it's frustrating
