BAD REFUND SERVICE FROM TEMU

I Have been waiting for courier to come collect your returns, but no one is coming to collect the parcel, I have been waiting since 15 dec 2025 till today need my refund ASAP. when i check your tracking system it says parcel in transit, TRANSIT where when the parcel is still hereby me. you need to get hold of BUFFALO AND TELL THEM TO COME AND COLLECT THESE ITEMS. I need my refund ASAP. I call and email daily, the reply is escalation every single time but the is no change. come and collect your returns and refund me my money.
