Bad experience

I bought 10k worth of things in temu as one package then they decided to split package into 2 packages i received 1st package which I pay taxes of R850 then the second package when come through the said I should pay 2k which total amount of taxes add up to 3k 30% of what I bought is then decided I no longer what them cos is to much to pay i tried to cancel order and request refund on temu App but it keep on saying I have to receive package first which means I have to pay that 2k to receive package then log return so I can request refund but when I track the package courier company say they already returned package to temu but doesn't update on app and dont allow me to request refund tried to email to *** but no response been are month that's bad service I need my money back why buy things cheap and pay almost half of value for taxes I think is same as buying local at those price pls help me get my money back and improve your customer service and stop with that automated response msg that doesn't help at all
