Bad Customer service
I place an order by mistake on Temu app and as soon as I realized that I place an order 😭 I made a cancelation in order to get my refund back 😭and the cancelation was made on 19/12/2024.but the deliberately refunded the money and put In Temu credit balance 😭so you can't get it back but to used again on Temu 😭

04 Jan 2025, 04:51Unfortunately I don't have any reviews bcs I didn't know what to do or but I made a Cancellation and the matter was refair to Revolver but unfortunately for me it was not helpful bcs until now I didn't get my refund back 😕.so Hello Peter was my only hope.and I'm must thank you guys for reply so quickly and hopefully the matter will be resolved.
