Absolutely terrible experience with Temu

Absolutely terrible experience with Temu. I requested a refund and thought it would be a simple process, but it turned into a constant back and forth with customer support. I kept getting generic responses and had to explain the same issue multiple times. Even after providing everything they asked for, I was still waiting for my money. I have never had such a frustrating refund experience. I will not be ordering from Temu again.
