100% service but poor product description and functionality

Ordering, shipping and delivery was 100%. However the products that I purchased let down the side completely.

First product did not mention that a glue gun was required to stick a gasket onto the body of your car to remove minor dents - that is never going to happen! So that product is binned.

Second product only had instructions in Chinese so that is another product that is binned! Cannot work out how the hand held sewing tool is put together to operate correctly.

Third product unused as yet.
